Clerks of Works and Finishing Foreman Service
We provide site inspection services to all building projects in Kent and across the South East and London.
We will ensure that all of the works carried out are in line with the architectural documents and meet high quality standards.
GL Surveyors will provide an independent view of your contract as well as provide snagging and defect lists during the building process and prior to hand over.
Our Clerks of Works service will provide:
•Clerk of Works / Technical Building Project Manager
•Making sure that work is carried out to the acceptable standards, specification, correct materials, workmanship and schedule.
•Complete site surveys determining scope of works and general specifications
•Setting out and managing project works, monitor and control standards
•Ensure that each part of your project runs to schedule
•Engage with the contractors to identify the cause of construction/installation
•Supporting the Facilities Manager with co-ordinating and day to day management of works within the project
•Ensure any work that is carried out correctly and to a high standard
•Undertake site Health & Safety inductions and regular Health & safety checks
•Supervise, audit, document and analyse the performance of project
•Writing up reports
•Provide advice and assistance to visiting contractors and permits to work
