Our housing stock is in decline. New builds are poorly built with shoddy workmanship. The newbuilds we inspect are not up to the standard you would expect for the price you pay. From our inspections and experience in New home construction the houses being built are rushed jobs. Poor workmanship low quality for a high price to gain a high profit margin for the companies that build them.
